How Our Nanny Placement Agency Began
Brittini McKinney has worked professionally as a nanny and as a placement provider for over 15 years. Brittini worked for many great families and thoroughly enjoyed her time as a nanny. She loved the experience of becoming a part of the family, community, and most importantly, the children’s lives. She extended her child care skills and education by attending Manhattanville College. Brittini’s background consists not only of nanny and child care experience, but also a proven track record in exceeding customer expectations during a successful career in the highly competitive New York City sales industry.
In March of 2008, Brittini and her husband moved to Chicago where she worked at a nanny agency for over 18 months. Her day-to-day operational experience flourished, and she decided to move back to the Westchester County area in order to open up an agency of her own.
It has always been Brittinis’ dream to run her own agency. In creating A T-Spoon of Sugar, Brittini has been able to bring her vast experiences, in and out of child care, to provide only the best services by listening, communicating, and understanding the ultimate needs of families and child care professionals.
